Well the problem may be a lack of practice.  Things need to be trialed in real life rather than hypothetically to pick up on all the little things you didn't consider in the perfect world inside your head.

all I can say is that I don't make too many mistakes when it's in my head and the mistakes I do make can be corrected very quickly and painlessly - however - I don't see too much positive result - at the end of the day - you've just got to do it - or move on - on the other hand you can invest in a "round Tuit"
