Zimbabwe: Engineering Apprentice Suspected of Stealing Copper Cables

Did you know Trivia - Harare - An engineering apprentice with a Harare firm on Monday appeared in court for allegedly breaking into the company's storeroom and stealing electrical copper cables valued at $1 trillion.
Collen Muzembe (22), who is attached to Craster International in Willowvale, is being charged with unlawful entry and theft. He was granted $5 billion by Harare magistrate Mrs Doris Shomwe who remanded him out of custody to May 5.
As part of the bail conditions, Muzembe was ordered to report twice every week to St Mary's Police Station, on Mondays and Fridays,
and to reside at his given address until the matter is finalised.
