Did you know Trivia - One of the Middle East’s most spectacular new resort hotels, the Atlantis on The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, will need a 130-strong team to maintain its facilities at an annual cost of AED11 million when it opens later this year.
Having secured the facilities management contract for the 1,539-room resort property, UAE-based facilities management specialists BK Gulf FM has began operations at the $1.5 billion hotel this summer ahead of its scheduled launch in September.
