Inland Empire utility secures funds for 'green' projects
CHINO - The Inland Empire Utilities Agency is becoming more green to get green. The agency has been awarded about $49 million of federal stimulus money to expand and improve its regional recycled water program, in an effort to help make the area more drought-proof and less dependent on imported water.
