EPA Chemical Reviews to Include C8
 
Obama administration officials this week included C8 on a list of six chemicals targeted for expedited safety reviews as part of a new plan to reform how the nation regulates toxic chemicals.
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency officials announced Tuesday evening that they would ask Congress to overhaul the 33-year-old law regulating the use of toxic chemicals.
