India-Rickshaws to change with times

CHANDIGARH: The city is going to roll out a modern design of the human-powered transport solution — the rickshaw — to reduce problems for its riders. Punjab Engineering College (PEC) students and faculty have designed the concept, which will be presented for administration’s approval next week.
